Train and metro wash systems are fully automatic industrial cleaning solutions designed for high-speed trains, metro trains, trams, locomotives, and other railway vehicles. The systems are designed as fixed-installation washing facilities where vehicles either pass through the wash tunnel at a constant speed or the washing units move along the stationary vehicle. PLC and SCADA computer control systems enable complete automation, monitoring, and reporting of all washing operations.

High-pressure washing systems, chemical softening applications, and advanced brush technologies are used to remove brake dust, carbon residue, grease, and heavy dirt accumulated on train and metro surfaces. Electronically controlled brush pressure systems ensure safe and sensitive cleaning on different vehicle surfaces.

Integrated wastewater treatment and recycling systems minimize water consumption while supporting environmental sustainability. CCTV camera systems enable real-time monitoring and recording of all washing processes.
